Shipping Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING RULES

• We love plants as much as you do, so we always do our best to select the healthiest and most beautiful plants from our nursery.
• Plants are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, depending on the destination, via UPS or USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days, depending on your location.
• As soon as you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment until it arrives.
• We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We also do not ship citrus plants outside the state of Florida.
• Plants are shipped in soil and in their nursery pots. In certain cases, plants may be shipped bare root depending on the destination state's regulations.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to understand their state's plant import regulations. We are not responsible for refunding plants that are confiscated by agricultural or border inspection authorities.
• Buyers are responsible for knowing their USDA planting zone to ensure the plants are suitable for their growing conditions.
