Soursop Fruit Trees

Soursop (Annona muricata) is a tropical evergreen tree from the custard apple family known for its large, spiky green fruit with a creamy white, fibrous pulp that tastes like a mix of strawberry, pineapple, and citrus. The fruit is eaten fresh or used in juices and desserts, while the leaves are used in traditional medicine, though scientific evidence for many claims is limited. The plant thrives in warm, frost-free climates (USDA zones 9-11) with full sun and well-drained soil. If you are not in zone 9-11, you need a green house or you can plant it in a pot and move it inside in the winter time. Care instruction: Full-sun required Water daily when the tree is small. Water every other day for medium tree. Fertilizer: every 3 months with 10-10-10 or 12-8-6. Don't add fertilizer when first planting it in the ground or transplanting to the bigger pots.  Soil: well-drained with good potting soil or organic soil.
