The Vietnamese Pomegranate is a tropical fruit native to South Asia. It has a round or oval shape and a thin, red skin when ripe. The fruit is juicy and has a sweet, slightly tart flavor.  The tree grows as a fast, shrubby bush reaching about 10 to 15 feet in height. It is self-fertile, features ornamental orange-red flowers, and adapts well to container growing.  Care instruction: Full-sun required Water daily when the tree is small. Water every other day for medium tree. Fertilizer: every 3 months with 10-10-10 or 12-8-6. Don't add fertilizer when first planting it in the ground or transplanting to the bigger pots.  Soil: well-drained with good potting soil or organic soil.
