Barbados cherry tree is a evergreen shrub or small tree. It has a beautiful pink flowers that bloom all year around. The Barbados cherry has one of the highest concentrations of Vitamin C in its 1” red, tart fruits. However, if you let the fruits more ripe, usually when the fruits more red, then it taste sweeter.
It's a fast-growing shrub or small tree that produces tart to sweet, soft, juicy fruit with 2-3 small seeds, used fresh or in juices, jams, and syrups.
