Description
Cat Saigon is a new variety that originally from Taiwan, even the name "Saigon" is from Vietnam. It's also called Golden Queen.
The flesh is firm, fiberless, and yellow. The flavor is good, of the Thai-class with typical sweetness and floral and honey notes, but with perhaps a little more depth to it than something like Nam Doc Mai or Keo Savoy.

Water daily when the tree is small. Water every other day for medium tree.

Fertilizer: every 3 months with 10-10-10 or 12-8-6. Don't add fertilizer when first planting it in the ground or transplanting to the bigger pots.
