Lamb Hass avocado a late-season hybrid variety related to Hass which known for its rich, buttery flavor and larger, pear-shaped fruit, it features a small pit and thick, pebbly skin that turns purplish-black when ripe. So basically, Lamb Hass taste like Hass but the fruits are bigger.
Lamb Hass is a type A avocado and typically peaks from July through December, extending well past the standard Hass season.
