Description
Mun Kun Si is a variety mango originally from Thailand. It is famous for its versatility: eaten green, it is famously crunchy, sweet, and crisp like an apple. When fully ripe, it turns yellow and yields incredibly sweet, floral, fiberless flesh.
Harvest season: June to August, though because of its unique fruiting habits, it can sometimes produce and hold fruit as late as January.
