It's a late-season avocado and type B avocado which known for its large, green with creamy, nutty-flavored flesh. The Monroe is a West Indian-Guatemalan hybrid, it's a heavy producer and is favored by commercial growers and home gardeners for its excellent eating quality and consistent yield.
